Terms of use.
These terms cover your use of Glacier Planner, a Canadian retirement-planning tool from Glacier Financial in London, Ontario. By creating an account you agree to them.
What the planner does
Glacier Planner projects your savings, income, benefits, taxes and estate year by year from the information you enter, using federal and provincial rules. It provides projections and education, not personalized investment advice. It never holds, moves or invests money. Projections depend on your inputs and on assumptions about returns, inflation and future rules, so actual results will differ.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and the information you enter accurate. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for any AI assistant you connect to it. You can revoke a connected assistant or delete your account at any time from Account.
Free and paid
Building a plan is free, and while you build, the planner shows the value it finds. Your full results come with a yearly plan:
- One plan: $200 CAD a year. Your full results, once a year.
- Plan + 10 updates: $300 CAD a year. For a plan you will adjust during the year.
- Unlimited: $400 CAD a year. Change and compare as often as you like.
An update means seeing new results after you change your plan. Building and editing never count, and the count resets each year.
Billing and renewal
A yearly plan is paid in advance through Stripe and renews automatically each year at the price then shown on the pricing page. We will email you before it renews. You can cancel any time from Account; you keep your plan until the end of the year you paid for. Prices are in Canadian dollars. The price shown is the full price: no tax is added at checkout.
Satisfaction guarantee
Satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy within 7 days, or your plan does not find at least what it costs, you get every dollar back. It covers the year you paid for: ask within 7 days of buying or renewing if you are not happy, or at any time in that year if the value your plan found is less than what you paid. A refund is the full amount you paid. When a payment is refunded, paid access ends right away and that account cannot buy a plan again.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to reach other people’s data, no reselling access, and no use that breaks the law. We may limit or close an account that does.
Your data
Your plans are yours. How we store and protect them, and how to export or delete them, is set out in Your data and privacy.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters to your plan or your billing, we will tell you by email before it applies.
